Yes the rumours are true! We are thinking of selling our 59sqm 2 bedroom apartment in Chantemerle. As an investment I think Chantemerle is a very good prospect at the moment as it is soon to go very upmarket, due to the new luxury properties (mostly leaseback) that are under construction.

Do bear in mind that because of this there is a lot of work in progress in Chantemerle very near to us.

Although no one wants to live near a building site, it is regarded that Chantemerle is 'en evolution'.

We love our apartment and have lived here for 4 years, but now due to our child and her clutter, it is time to find a house.
